Every major appliance is new, and the cupboards are stocked to cook from rather than to look full: Viking cookware, a fifteen-piece knife block, mixing bowls, baking sheets, and dishware for far more people than the house sleeps. The range has an air-fry mode built in. The coffee maker is a Moccamaster with a thermal carafe, which is a genuinely good machine and the thing guests mention most.

Photographs were taken after staging. Some decorative items — plants, styling pieces, and personal electronics such as the computer, display, keyboard and mouse — were added for the photos and are not included with the home. The office desk is left clear for your own equipment. Furniture and furnishings listed on the property inventory attached to your lease are included; anything not on that inventory is not.
