How long is the minimum stay?
30 days. We're set up for mid-term rentals, one to six months.
Can agencies bill directly?
Yes. We work directly with staffing agencies, insurance housing coordinators, and relocation firms. Reach out and we'll sort out billing on the first call.
Are utilities really included?
Yes: electricity, water, trash, and WiFi are all included in the monthly rate. No surprises on the bill.
Is the home pet-friendly?
We welcome well-behaved pets, with a completed pet profile for each one and a $300 nonrefundable pet fee charged once per stay rather than per pet. Please mention any pets in your inquiry so we can confirm details. Service animals and emotional support animals are accommodated in accordance with fair housing law - documentation from a treating healthcare provider may be requested.
How many guests can stay?
The home sleeps four: a queen in the primary bedroom, and a trundle with two twin mattresses in the guest room. Occupancy for a given stay is set in your lease, so tell us who is coming and we will confirm it.
